My heart is so sad to hear this news. Richard was an amazing young man that I had the privilege of getting to know. I remember his wedding day and having the honour of being a part of that. His passion for God, cooking and family was so evident in his life. I'm glad he is home with His Lord and Saviour. Someday we will meet again.

We are so sorry to hear about Richard (We called him Grover in the MBC kitchen)! He was a great worker and an asset to me in the MBC kitchen. And Cara did a superb job on her fine pastry baking. Our prayers and sympathies go with you as you walk through this journey of grief. We will see you on Saturday to honour his life. All our love, Wyman, Mabel and Karyne

No words can describe the sorrow I feel for you both and your family. Speak of him daily, recalling all the fun things you all have experienced.....it will soften the hurt, bring a twinkle to your eye and put a smile on your face.

My deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Richard. I was truly saddened by the news of his passing and I pray for God's comfort to be upon you during this time of sorrow. I had the pleasure of working with Richard for three seasons at Canada's Wonderland. His mild-mannered personality and calm demeanor made all the difference and made working there so much more bearable when things got so chaotic. Rest in Peace Richard. "For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal." 2 Cor. 4:17-18
