SMITH, Raymond Victor – Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Friday November 3rd, 2017 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee McLean). Loving father of Vicki Smith (Warren Brodie), Garry Smith and Linda Smith (Mike Carr). Cherished grandfather of Raymond Pizzale, Richard Pizzale (Lyndsey), Frank Pizzale (Heidi), Julie Eros (Jonathan), Shawn Carr and Shannon Carr. Great grandfather of Benjamin, Tegan, Tkaia, Skyann, Remidgio, Delana, Antonio, Greenlea, Declan, Reyna, Olivia and Keegan. Sadly missed by his sister Dorothy Christie and brother Royce Smith. Friends may call at the JENNETT FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie on Tuesday November 7th from 7:00-9:00p.m. A private graveside service will be held at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Toronto. Our condolences to the family of a great Uncle and good friend, may he truly Rest in Peace. We are very sorry we cannot attend this celebration of life personally but our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this stressful time in every ones life.We will remember Uncle Raymond as a fun loving, very caring , great singer and guitar player, who loved life and his family, always the joker and always there to make you smile and laugh. He was a very loving husband to Shirley who truly was the love of his life and a fantastic father to his children and grandchildren.
