Clayton Arthur Chapman (May 12, 1982 - August 15, 2017) passed away suddenly at the age of 35 at his home in Barrie. Beloved son of Jacquelin Deshaies Davis (Rhys Davis) and Art Chapman, grandson of Don and Mary Griesbach and the late Don and Ruth Chapman, brother to Yvette Chapman, adoring father to two beautiful children Danika and Owen Chapman, survived by many uncles and aunts, nieces and nephews. Finally at peace.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

My heartfelt condolences to the entire family and those closest to him. I remember Clay mostly as a boy with Yvette, my siblings, cousins and I laughing and playing at Grandma and Grandpa's. Always and as a man he had kind eyes and was easy going like his Dad. No words can ease this sad and tragic loss. Hold onto his love.
