Hello Bev: So sad to hear of the passing of your Mom. Although recently retired, I have worked at Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie for the past 10 years as a switchboard operator. Last fall I received a call from your Mom who was wanting to hear of information about your brother, Jerry. I recognized her at once and as soon as I mentioned my first name only, she fully remembered me. She referred to when she used to call you and Marilyn and I the 3 Muskateers !! We had a lovely chat. I had no idea that she had been ill so was quite surprised when I saw her notice in the paper. I keep in touch with Marilyn a few times a year and told her of my conversation with your Mom. I also forwarded her your Mom's Obituary. She and Bill now live in Callandar, Ont. and winter in Sarasota, Fla. (lucky ducks)! I still live in Barrie, single and live close to my son and his family - 3 grandchildren! Hope you're well. My email is [email protected] if you want to get in touch. Thinking of you at this sad time. Brenda

Hello Terry (and family); Forgive my tardiness in extending my condolences at your mom's passing. I was out of the country at the time and have only just learned about your loss. Moms are a special treasure in our hearts that we hold close forever. I hope that all of you will find comfort in many memories of your times together. She was always one to make the neighbourhood teens feel welcomed in your home, and I know that she had a number of friends among co-workers young and old at Towers. A gathering without her will surely be bittersweet, may you all find ways to bring her closer to each of you as you recall her life. Judy (you can find me on Facebook to make contact)
